About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the overall business strategy, growth, profitability, and operations of a leading real estate organization in Odisha.

The ideal candidate will have 15 to 20+ years of overall experience, including at least 8 years in senior leadership roles, with a strong track record in the real estate industry, preferably across residential and developments.

The candidate must have a robust understanding of the Odisha real estate market, local business ecosystem, land acquisition, statutory approvals, project development, sales, and customer management.

Key Responsibilities
Business Strategy & Growth
Develop and execute the company's overall business strategy and long-term growth plan.
Drive revenue, profitability, market share, and sustainable business growth.
Identify recent business prospects,



markets, projects, and strategic growth initiatives.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with promoters, investors, partners, and key stakeholders.
Real Estate Development
Identify and evaluate land acquisition and development opportunities.
Lead feasibility studies, project planning, and development strategies.
Drive residential and other real estate projects from concept to completion.
Build strategic partnerships and joint ventures where appropriate.
Sales & Marketing
Lead the overall sales and marketing strategy to achieve business targets.
Develop pricing, positioning, channel, and customer acquisition strategies.
Strengthen the company's brand presence and market positioning.
Monitor sales performance, market trends, competition, and customer behaviour.
Project & Operations Management
Ensure timely execution and delivery of projects within approved budge
