Job Summary
Prox Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a energetic and result-driven Sales Manager – IT Hardware with strong experience in business development and presales. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of IT hardware products, hands-on experience with GeM tenders, and the ability to manage client relationships while driving revenue growth.

Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and develop recent business opportunities in the IT hardware segment.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable hardware solutions.
Manage end-to-end GeM tender processes,
including bid preparation and submission.
Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for pricing, specifications, and compliance.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals, BOQs, and comparative statements.
Support and lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Maintain accurate product data sheets, pricing sheets, and sales reports.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (preferably IT or related field).
Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT hardware sales/presales.
Mandatory experience with GeM portal and tendering process.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
