Key Responsibilities
Machine Setup: Adjust machine settings like temperature, feed speed, glue amounts, and pressure according to the board's thickness.
Material Handling: Feed raw wood panels into the machine and ensure edge tape aligns perfectly.
Finishing: Monitor automatic trimming, buffing, and corner-rounding tools to remove excess glue and create smooth edges.
Quality Control: Inspect finished boards for defects like gaps, bubbles, burns, or uneven bonding.
