Job Purpose:

To provide efficient, courteous, and skilled food and beverage service to guests while maintaining high standards of hospitality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and qualified manner.

Take food and beverage orders accurately.

Explain menu items, specials, and beverage options to guests.

Serve food and beverages according to hotel/restaurant standards.

Set up and clear tables, restaurant areas, and service stations.

Ensure proper mise-en-place before service.

Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback professionally.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the service area.

Prepare and present bills accurately and handle payments as required.

Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely service.

Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.

Assist with inventory, stock replenishment, and closing duties.





Promote additional food and beverage items when appropriate.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-service oriented and well-mannered.

Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.

Ability to work under pressure in a rapid-paced environment.

Teamwork and time-management skills.

Good personal grooming and hygiene.

Previous hospitality/F&B; experience is preferred.

Relevant hotel management or hospitality qualification is an advantage.
