We are looking for a Retail Sales Officer in Kolkata and Nearby Jharkhand who will be responsible for driving sales and providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time position suitable for recent graduates or those with up to three years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Sales Promotion: Actively promote products and sales campaigns, helping to achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by the management.
Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining stock levels by monitoring inventory and reporting any shortages or overages to management.
