We are looking for a dedicated Fireman to join our team in Sanaswadi. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 4 years of experience and hold a diploma in a related field. This is a full time position, and the work will be conducted from our office.

Key Responsibilities:
Fire Suppression and Control: Respond quickly to fire emergencies, using appropriate equipment and techniques to extinguish flames and prevent the spread of fire.
Rescue Operations: Conduct rescue operations to save individuals trapped in dangerous situations, ensuring their safety and stability during evacuations.
Inspection of Equipment: Regularly check and maintain firefighting equipment and tools, making sure they are in good condition and ready for use at all times.
Fire Prevention Awareness: Educate the community and workplace on fire safety practices to reduce the risk of fire incidents through training sessions and demonstrations.
Emergency Response Planning: Assist in creating and reviewing emergency response plans, ensuring all team members are familiar with procedures during crises.

Robust physical fitness to perform demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy equipment.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively during emergencies.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick, informed decisions during emergency situations.
A commitment to safety protocols and procedures, with attention to detail in all tasks.
Valid firefighting certification and knowledge of fire behavior and prevention methods are preferred.
