We are looking for an Interior Site Supervisor to oversee our interior projects in Pune. This role requires a keen eye for detail, solid organizational skills, and the ability to work well with a team.

Key Responsibilities:
Site Management: Oversee day-to-day operations on site, ensuring that all work is conducted according to the project plan and timelines.
Quality Control: Regularly inspect work completed by subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring it meets quality standards and specifications.
Coordination with Teams: Collaborate with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure smooth communication and alignment on project goals.
Resource Management: Maintain inventory of materials and supplies, ensuring that the right resources are available for ongoing work.
Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations in office and ensure all workers adhere to safety protocols to create a safe working setting.
Problem-Solving: Address any issues or delays that arise during the project, finding effective solutions to keep the project on track.

Required Skills and Expectations:
Experience:



A minimum of 1 to 7 years in interior supervision or similar roles is essential, with a solid understanding of interior construction processes.
Educational Background: A degree is required, providing a foundation in technical knowledge related to construction and design.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
Organizational Ability: Must be highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing work to meet deadlines efficiently.
