We are looking for an ITI Fitter to join our team in Pune. This is a full time position suitable for male candidates with 0 to 3 years of experience. The primary responsibilities and required skills for this role are as follows:

Key Responsibilities:
Assembly of Components: You will assemble mechanical parts according to engineering specifications to ensure all products meet quality standards.
Inspection and Testing: Regularly inspect and test fittings and machinery to identify any defects or malfunctions, ensuring proper functioning.
Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance on machinery and tools, fixing any issues to minimize downtime and maintain efficiency.
Reading Technical Drawings: Interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately to guide the assembly process and ensure proper installation.
Documentation: Maintain records of work done, including any repairs or modifications, to track progress and maintain quality assurance.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess a certificate from an ITI program, focusing on fitting or related fields.



You must be familiar with basic tools and equipment used in fitting work. Robust technical knowledge and problem-solving skills are essential for identifying issues quickly. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail and is able to work independently or as part of a team. Positive communication skills are also important to ensure effective collaboration and understanding of tasks.
