We are looking for a Healthcare Manager to oversee operations in our facility located in Pune. This is a part-time position that requires a dedicated individual with a passion for improving healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage Daily Operations: Oversee everyday activities to ensure that the healthcare facility runs smoothly and efficiently.
Coordinate Patient Care: Work with healthcare staff to ensure patients receive the highest quality care and that their needs are met promptly.
Compliance Oversight: Ensure that the facility complies with health regulations and standards, thereby maintaining safety and quality in all operations.
Staff Management: Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising healthcare staff, ensuring that each team member understands their roles and responsibilities.
Financial Oversight: Help manage budgets and financial resources, keeping track of expenditures to meet financial goals.
Communication: Serve as a point of contact between patients, families, and healthcare providers to facilitate transparent communication and improve service delivery.





Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have between 1 to 5 years of experience in healthcare management or a similar role. Strong organizational and leadership skills are essential for managing staff and daily operations. Effective communication skills are necessary to interact with patients and colleagues. A deep understanding of healthcare regulations is expected, along with a problem-solving mindset to address any challenges that arise. Candidates should be adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced workplace. Proficiency in basic office software and healthcare management systems is also expected.
