We are looking for a skilled Combine Harvester Operator to join our team in Dhenkanal. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 8 years of experience and be able to operate the combine harvester efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate Combine Harvester: You will drive and control the harvester to ensure productive harvesting of crops, following all safety protocols.
Monitor Equipment Function: Regularly check the machine’s performance and settings to ensure it is functioning optimally and adjust as needed.
Conduct Maintenance Checks: Perform routine maintenance on the harvester, including cleaning and minor repairs, to keep the equipment in valuable working condition.
Report Issues: Communicate any mechanical issues or malfunctions to supervisors promptly to prevent downtime and ensure smooth operations.
Collaborate with Team: Work closely with other team members, including farm managers and other operators, to coordinate harvesting activities effectively.

Candidates should have hands-on experience operating a combine harvester and understanding its functions.
Attention to Detail: Ability to spot potential issues with the equipment and crops is critical for effective harvesting and maintenance.
