We are seeking a Warehouse Manager with 10 to 20 years of experience to oversee our warehouse operations in Kozhikode/Calicut. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring effective operations, and leading the warehouse team.

Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records by monitoring stock levels and conducting regular audits to minimize discrepancies.
Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate a team of warehouse staff, providing training and guidance to ensure smooth operations and high productivity.
Logistics Coordination: Plan and oversee inbound and outbound logistics activities, optimizing routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in warehouse procedures and implement strategies to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.
