Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: You will be responsible for identifying potential customers and initiating contact to discuss our products and services. This includes researching and gathering information on leads to effectively connect with them.
Sales Conversion: Your main goal will be to convert leads into sales by clearly presenting our offerings, answering questions, and addressing any concerns. You will need to develop persuasive pitch techniques to drive conversion rates.
Customer Relationship Management: Building strong relationships with customers is vital. You will follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain ongoing communications for future sales prospects.
Reporting and Feedback:



Regularly you will be expected to track your sales results and provide feedback on customer interactions to help improve processes and products.
Required Skills and Expectations:
We are looking for a female candidate with a minimum education of 12th pass. You should have excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor. A basic understanding of sales techniques is preferred, but we are open to candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be goal-oriented to achieve sales targets. Solid organizational skills will help you manage multiple tasks effectively.
