We are seeking a dedicated Tele Caller to join our team in Sector 2. This role is ideal for individuals who have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service, whether you are just starting your career or have a bit of experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Make Outbound Calls: You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, introducing our services, and gathering information to help meet their needs.
Manage Customer Queries: Address any questions or concerns from customers effectively, ensuring they feel heard and valued.
Maintain Accurate Records: Keep detailed records of calls made, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in our database to track progress and results.
Follow Up Leads: Revisit previous leads to nurture relationships and inform them about current services or offers that may interest them.
Achieve Targets: Work towards meeting individual and team performance targets for calls and sales, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Required Skills and Expectations:





Candidates should possess solid verbal communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively. Valuable listening skills are crucial to understanding customer needs and providing relevant solutions. As a Tele Caller, you should be proficient in basic computer operations, including data entry and using CRM software. A positive attitude, patience, and the ability to handle rejection are essential for success in this role. Previous experience in a similar position is a plus, but not mandatory, as we are open to training candidates with a diploma who show a willingness to learn and grow.
