Role Overview:

We're looking for a Lead Product Designer who can stay hands-on while raising how design works across the team. You'll own product and UX/UI direction on complex, multi-platform projects end to end, from problem framing through polished delivery, while reviewing and mentoring other designers so the whole team ships faster and with more confidence.

You'll also own a piece of our design infrastructure, whether that's the design system, documentation standards, or critique culture, and you'll be the person clients and internal stakeholders trust to explain the "why" behind a decision. AI sits inside how you work day to day: you'll use it to accelerate research,



critique, and design operations, and you'll help other designers do the same without cutting corners on quality.

What You Will Own:
Lead product and UX/UI work from problem framing through delivery on complex projects, translating user, business, and client needs into flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces across web and mobile.
Review, mentor, and unblock other designers, running critiques that raise team quality, confidence, and speed rather than just catching errors.
Own or improve a system-level asset, such as the design system, documentation, QA standards, file hygiene, or a recurring design ritual, and be accountable for it getting measurably better.
Use feedback, research inputs, and usability thinking to pressure-test design decisions before they ship.
