We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Executive to join our team on a part time basis. This role involves managing a variety of HR functions while working from home, making it perfect for someone with extensive experience in HR.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Selection: Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews to ensure we attract the best talent.
Employee Onboarding: Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for current employees by preparing necessary documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
Performance Management: Oversee the performance appraisal process, providing guidance and support to managers and employees to enhance productivity and engagement.
Employee Relations: Address any employee concerns or grievances promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive work environment and strong employee morale.
HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure that all HR practices comply with legal and organizational standards by regularly updating policies and procedures.
Training and Development:



Identify training needs and coordinate skill enhancement programs that align with the company’s objectives.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have 15 to 20 years of experience in human resources, demonstrating a solid understanding of various HR functions. Strong communication skills are essential, enabling effective collaboration with employees and management. Proficiency in using HR software and tools is necessary for efficient data management.
