We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team in Virar. In this full time position, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products, and driving sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:
Contact Potential Customers: Initiate calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services, ensuring a friendly and professional demeanor.
Understand Customer Needs: Listen carefully to customers’ inquiries or requirements to provide suitable information and solutions that meet their needs.
Present Products Effectively: Clearly explain the features and advantages of the products to persuade customers, highlighting how they can solve their problems.
Close Sales: Aim to convert calls into sales by overcoming objections and guiding customers through the buying process.
Maintain Customer Records: Keep precise records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities using our management system for future reference.
Achieve Sales Targets: Work towards individual and team sales targets,



contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
