Key Responsibilities:
Project Monitoring: You will inspect site activities and materials to ensure they comply with project specifications and safety standards.
Team Coordination: Collaborate with workers and subcontractors to keep the project on schedule and resolve any issues that arise.
Daily Reporting: Maintain daily logs of work progress, delays, and any incidents on site to provide updates to project managers.
Quality Assurance: Check that work is done according to quality standards and regulations to ensure the building is protected and durable.
Site Safety: Enforce safety measures on the site to protect workers and minimize risks.
