Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage day-to-day road construction activities at the site.

Execute and monitor road leveling and grading* work.

Handle WBM (Water Bound Macadam)* road construction activities.

Supervise cement concrete road* construction.

Manage and monitor drainage and road drain* works.
Ensure construction work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, site workers, suppliers, and project management teams.
Monitor material usage, quality, and site progress.
Prepare and maintain daily site progress reports.
Ensure proper execution of work within the planned schedule.
