Simon Pharmchem is looking to hire dedicated Medical Representative in Ranchi , Deogarh , Giridih , Sahibganj , Dhanbad , Daltonganj to promote and sell company medications to doctors, pharmacists, and other relevant healthcare specialists in Jharkhand.

The medical representatives responsibilities include persuading potential customers in their respective areas to purchase company medications, identifying prospective business opportunities for the company, and providing the relevant departments with customer feedback

Responsible for building relations with the doctors, implementing strategies and building brands in their respective areas.

Calling on Doctors with pre-determined frequency to promote, discuss, remind, and sample pharmaceutical brands of the company in the assigned territory in Jharkhand.

Responsibility as Medical representative :





Submission of Daily Reports giving details of day’s easing Market share by insuring maximum Doctor Conversion during field visits.

Focusing on Conversion, Target Achievement and root cause identification for non- achievement of targets.

Responsible for building relations with Pharmacies and Hospital Medical Team.

Meeting Ranchi retail chemists to make sure that the brands are easily available.

Should have valuable experience in Scientific / Medical promotions, launching recent products and effective implementation of strategies.

Achieve financial objectives.
