About the Role

n

We are hiring an Outreach Intern to drive outreach for a technology company and a pharma client. The role involves reaching out to prospects and partners over email and calls, and working on channel partnerships for both accounts.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
Conduct outreach via email and phone calls to relevant prospects.
n
Identify and reach out to potential channel partners, and support building those partnerships.
n
Build and maintain an outreach list/database of prospects and partners; track outreach status.
n
Draft and send outreach and follow-up emails; maintain a qualified, consistent tone.
n
Conduct client outreach via email and calls.
n




Balance time and effort across accounts as per the assigned focus areas.
n
Maintain accurate records of calls, emails, and lead/partner status in a shared tracker (Excel/CRM).
n
Report daily/weekly on outreach numbers and progress updates to the reporting manager.
n

Requirements

n

n
Comfortable making outbound calls and handling email communication confidently.
n
Valuable spoken and written English/Hindi communication skills.
n
Basic proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for tracking.
n
Self-driven, organized, and comfortable with follow-ups and target-driven work.
n
Prior experience in sales, calling, business development, or partnerships is a plus but not mandatory.
