I'm looking for a highly efficient, proactive and sharp personal assistant to work closely with me across my influencer business, Eventify and personal responsibilities.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role for someone who can manage multiple priorities, take ownership and figure things out independently.

Scheduling
Emails and follow-ups
Brand coordination
Campaign management
Business operations
Research
Social media
Travel and bookings




Day-to-day organization

What you'll need:
Exceptional organization, attention to detail and tech-savviness
Robust knowledge of social media, AI tools, Canva, Notion, Google Workspace and basic spreadsheets
Solid communication and follow-through

I'm not looking for someone who needs to be told what to do at every step — I'm looking for someone who anticipates what needs to happen, moves quickly, solves problems and keeps me one step ahead.
