Generate and manage potential clients and property investors. N
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties. N
Conduct client meetingsand property site visits. N
Follow up with leads and maintain robust client relationships. N
Handle the complete sales process from lead generation to deal closure. N
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth. N
Requirementsn

1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales is mandatory. N
Experience in Commercial or Industrial Real Estate is preferred. N
Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills. N
Ability to independently handle clients and field meetings. N
Robust sales, follow-upand relationship-building skills. N
