Drive operational excellence across all properties. N
Establish annual business plans, budgets, and operational targets for all units. N
Lead expansion, pre-opening, and transition projects across the group. N
Identify prospects for revenue enhancement and cost optimization. N

nMulti-Property Operations Management

Oversee the complete operations of all hotels, resorts, restaurants, and hospitality businesses within the group N
Ensure consistent implementation of brand standards, SOPs, and guest service protocols N
Monitor operational KPIs and drive performance improvements across all properties N
Conduct regular property reviews and operational audits N
Ensure seamless coordination between units and corporate functions N

nFinancial & Commercial Performance

Drive achievementof annual revenue and EBITDA/GOP target N




Monitor departmental productivity, payroll percentages, and operational cost N
Ensure optimal utilization of resources and budget N
Review daily, weekly, and monthly business performance report N
Work closely with Revenue Management and Sales teams to maximize RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, banquet revenue, and F&B; profitability N
Lead cost-control initiatives without compromising guest experience N

Champion a culture of exceptional guest service across all properties N
Monitor guest satisfaction scores, online reputation, and review platforms N
