NKey Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for learner queries via email, ticketing systems, and other support channels. N
Coordinate live online sessions, including scheduling, hosting, attendance tracking, recordings, and documentation. N
Work closely with faculty, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless program delivery. N
Maintain learner records, monitor engagement, and prepare weekly reports and dashboards. N
Manage course delivery activities on the Learning Management System (LMS), including content uploads, assignments, and quality checks. N
Support learner enrolment,



record management, and lifecycle activities through the ERP system. N
Coordinate with contentand production teams to ensure timely publication of learning resources. N

nPreferred Profile

Bachelor's degreein any discipline. A postgraduate qualification in Management, Education, or a related field is an advantage. N
1–3 years of experiencein Programme Coordination, Academic Operations, Learner Support, Student Success, or Education Administration. N
Solid communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills. N
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools. N
Experience with Learning Management Systems (preferably Open edX) and ERP platforms is preferred. N
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. N
