NWe are looking for a CostController to join our Business Planning & Control team in Bengaluru.
NRequired Experience & Qualifications

CA Qualified / CAInter Qualified N
5+ years of relevant experience after CA Final / CA Inter N
Required experience working with Indian clients and Indian accounts N
Required experience working in a service-based company N
Solid experience in Cost Control, OPEX, Budgeting & Forecasting, P&L; and Cost Optimization N
Solid Excel skills with the ability to work with large datasets N
Valuable understanding of Cost Centre, GL, Provisioning and Cost Apportionment N
Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills N

nKey Responsibilities

Drive cost control and support budget owners in staying within budgets N
Conduct Actuals vs. Budget analysis and provide insights to stakeholders N




Manage OPEX budgeting and rolling forecasts N
Perform cost allocation/apportionment across LOBs N
Identify and drive cost-saving and optimization initiatives N
Support incentive provisioning and special project cost tracking N
Ensure accurate cost booking and reporting N
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and provide financial insights for decision-making N
