Design, prepare, and deliver high-quality lectures, seminars, and interactive sessions for undergraduate and postgraduate management programs. N
Utilize up-to-date pedagogical techniques (e.G., case studies, simulations, experiential learning, and blended learning tools) tailored to business education. N
Develop course syllabi,curriculum frameworks, and learning assessment methodologies in alignment with academic standards and industry needs. N
Evaluate student performance fairly and constructively through assignments, projects, quizzes, and examinations. N

n2. Research and Scholarly Activity

Conduct high-quality, independent, and collaborative research in areas relevant to management and business studies. N
Regularly publish scholarly articles in peer-reviewed, high-impact journals (e.G., ABDC-listed, Scopus-indexed, or Web of Science). N




Present research findings at national and international conferences, symposia, and academic workshops. N
Actively seek external grants, corporate sponsorships, or funding for research projects where applicable. N

n3. Student Mentorship and Guidance

Serve as an academic advisor and mentor to students, providing guidance on academic trajectories, career paths, and career development. N
Supervise student research projects, dissertations, summer internships, and capstone projects. N
Foster an inclusive, engaging, and supportive learning workplace. N

n4. Institutional Service and Administrative Duties

Actively participate in departmental meetings, faculty boards, and university-wide committees (e.G., accreditation, curriculum design, student placement, admissions). N
