About the Role

DigitalKheti AI is looking for an energetic and business-minded Business Development & Sales Executive to help us convert incoming leads into customers, grow our SoilLink Partner Network, develop B2B sales, and identify new business opportunities.

This role is suitable for a fresher who wants hands-on experience in sales, customer acquisition, business development and channel/partner growth.

Key Responsibilities
Connect with incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp and online meetings.
Understand customer requirements and qualify potential prospects.
Present and explain DigitalKheti AI and SoilLink solutions.
Regularly follow up with prospects and work towards sales closure.
Develop and expand the SoilLink Service Partner network.
Identify new B2B customers, channel partners and market opportunities.




Approach agri-businesses, agri entrepreneurs, Krushi Seva Kendras, FPOs and other potential partners.
Conduct product presentations and online/offline demonstrations.
Maintain lead pipeline, follow-up status and sales records.
Generate recent ideas and strategies to increase sales and revenue.
Coordinate with the internal team for customer and partner onboarding.

Qualification

Preferred:
MBA / PGDM in Marketing or Sales

Also Open To:
BBA
B.Sc Agriculture
Other graduates with strong interest and aptitude in sales/business development

Skills Required
Strong Marathi communication skills
Working knowledge of Hindi and English
Good communication and presentation skills
Confidence in speaking with new customers
Sales and negotiation aptitude
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and digital tools
Self-motivated and tar
