Role Description The Team Lead – Market Research Analyst is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for designing and executing market research studies, including survey development, data collection, and analysis to generate actionable insights on customer experience and business performance. The individual will oversee a team of analysts, allocate tasks, review outputs, and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include interpreting data, preparing clear reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and clients, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to recommend improvements in customer experience and service processes. The Team Lead will also contribute to methodology refinement, maintain research documentation, and support new business proposals with relevant market intelligence.
