Target: Build a consistent pipeline of qualified B2B prospects.
Identify potential corporate, institutional, healthcare, CSR, and other relevant organizations.
Conduct outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other lead-generation activities.
Research prospective organizations and identify relevant decision-makers.
Maintain and regularly update the lead database.
Generate qualified leads as per monthly targets.
KRA 2: Client Engagement & Business Development
Target: Maintain consistent engagement with qualified prospects.
Connect with decision-makers and understand their requirements.
Introduce iKure's healthcare solutions and business offerings.
Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain the sales pipeline.
Build and maintain qualified relationships with prospective and existing clients.
KRA 3: Sales Conversion & Revenue Support
Target: Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales and conversion targets.
Support the sales team in converting qualified leads into business opportunities.
Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and other sales-related documents.
Coordinate internally for customized client requirements.
Follow up on proposals and commercial discussions.
Support the closure of deals and onboarding of current clients.
KRA 4: Market & Client Understanding
Understand iKure's healthcare, technology, clinic, community-health, and other relevant offerings.
Research market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
Identify current sectors, organizations, and geographies where iKure's solutions may be relevant.
Collect client feedback and share market insights with the reporting manager.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling or additional services where appropriate.
KRA 5: Sales Reporting & CRM Management
Target: 100% accurate and timely sales reporting.
Maintain accurate records of leads, c
