Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR Recruiter & Admin Executive to manage recruitment activities, employee coordination, HR documentation, and day-to-day office administration.
The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, good organizational ability, and the confidence to independently handle recruitment and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales, construction, marketing, and support roles.
Prepare and post job vacancies on LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other platforms.
Source candidates through job portals, references, social media, and direct hiring.




Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules with management and department heads.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Handle offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding.

HR Operations
Maintain employee records, personal files, attendance, and leave records.
Manage employee onboarding and induction processes.
Assist with payroll inputs, salary records, and monthly attendance reports.
Implement and communicate company HR policies.
Handle employee queries and coordinate with management for resolution.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
Prepare regular HR reports and MIS.
Administration
Manage day-to-day office administration and facility requirements.
Coordinate office supplies, stationery, vendors, and service providers.
