Roles at this level are Team Leads, leading / managing a team of experienced and entry-level engineers.
Key Responsibility
Proposal & Project Execution
Manage large size, complex project / proposal independently or supervise and manage multiple smaller projects / proposal teams independently
Fully qualified skilled in piping and pipe stress analysis and proficient in the utilization of piping / pipe stress engineering theories and practices.
Proficiency in performing flexibility analysis of piping systems in accordance with ANSI B31.3 & 31.1 codes.
Hands on experience on Surge Analysis required. Should have worked in Surge Analysis tools like Flowmaster or equivalent.
Knowledge on Pressure Equipment Directive / EN Code and Rohr2 will be an added advantage.
Requires proven experience with stress analysis work in process plants like petrochemical & refinery projects
Interface Management / Other Competencies
Co-ordinate with other EN disciplines and functions, vendors, sub-contractors, clients, PMC and entities
Development & Continuous Improvement
Contribute towards organizational quality, training and improvement initiatives and implementation in the projects, proposals
Conduct technical meetings with the department for know-how backflow and lessons learnt
People Management
Plan, manage resources including task assignment to project team members within the project
Monitor, coach and develop team to enhance overall capabilities
Education Experience
Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering with 15+ years
Site experience will be an added advantage
