Monitor data pipelines and dashboards to identify failures, missing data, and anomalies.
Perform incident triage, root cause analysis, and escalate issues when required.
Manage and maintain the Pantomath observability platform, including alerts and monitoring configurations.
Investigate data issues using SQL and collaborate with engineering teams for resolution.
Track incidents through ServiceNow/Jira and ensure SLA compliance.
Communicate outage status, incident updates, and resolution details to stakeholders.
Maintain incident documentation, RCA reports, and support shift handovers.
Support cloud and data platforms such as Azure, AWS, Databricks, and Snowflake.
