Technical and Functional knowledge:
Good knowledge of Oracle HCM Fusion.
Need Oracle Workforce compensation
Excellent grasp on HCM Fusion Compensation module.
Good knowledge on Fast Formulas
Should have valuable understanding on BI and OTBI reports.
Valuable communication skills.
Good to have:
Positive in client management
Requirement gathering, delegation, work allocation, tracking, estimation and timely deliverables.
