Placement Manager

Short Description:
The Placement Manager will lead and coordinate placement operations across all branches, drive corporate partnerships, and generate employment prospects across Kerala. The role involves team management, corporate relationship building, vacancy generation, and achieving placement targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the placement teams across all branches.

Travel across Kerala to identify and generate recent job opportunities and vacancies.

Build and maintain robust relationships with corporates, companies, and HR professionals.

Develop corporate partnerships to create consistent placement opportunities for students.

Coordinate with branch placement teams to achieve placement targets.

Identify hiring requirements and match suitable candidates with relevant opportunities.

Conduct regular corporate visits and meetings to expand the employer network.

Maintain a database of corporate clients, vacancies, and placement activities.

Track and report branch-wise placement performance.

Guide and support placement teams to improve placement outcomes.
