Design and manage scalable VoIP infrastructure with high availability.
Lead troubleshooting and incident response for live voice traffic.
Collaborate on provisioning, billing, and analytics API design.
Mentor engineers on VoIP architecture and best practices.
Key Deliverables:
Deployment of FreeSWITCH, RTPEngine, and SBC for production traffic.
Secure and optimized signaling/media path using NAT traversal and TLS/SRTP.
Standardized call routing and audio quality configurations.
Scalable and observable voice platform architecture across cloud settings.
