Description

Intercompany Transaction Management
Process intercompany invoices in compliance with company policy and statutory requirements.
Ensure timely recording of intercompany journals and adjustments.
Maintain accurate documentation for all intercompany transactions.

Reconciliation & Analysis
Perform monthly intercompany reconciliations and resolve variances in a timely manner.
Investigate and resolve mismatches or disputes in intercompany accounts.

Month-End & Reporting
Support month-end closing activities including accruals, eliminations, and reclassifications.
Prepare intercompany reporting and submit them as per deadlines.

Netting & Settlement
Manage intercompany netting processes ensuring timely settlement of balances.
Coordinate with Treasury teams for payments and receipts related to intercompany settlements.

Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1 years in intercompany operations.
Experience in a shared services or multinational setting preferred.
Insurance industry experience/knowledge preferred
