4+ years of experience in Production / Fabrication in a manufacturing workplace.n
Robust hands-on exposure to heavy fabrication, welding, painting and machine shop processes.n
Experience in shop floor production management and manpower handling.n
Exposure to contract manpower management and production planning.n
Good knowledge of quality, productivity and safety standards.n
Robust problem-solving skills with experience in Kaizen and continuous improvement.n
Ability to coordinate with Quality, PPC, Maintenance and SCM teams.n

Ensure availability of materials for smooth production operations.n




Ensure zero repetitive issues by identifying root causes and implementing necessary countermeasures/rework in coordination with Quality.n
Develop and implement Jigs, Fixtures and Poka-Yoke for standardization and faster production.n
Drive productivity, quality and cost improvement on the shop floor.n
Monitor daily production targets, manpower utilization and process efficiency.n
Lead Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.n
Ensure adherence to safety, quality and production standards.n

nExperience: 4+ Years
nPreferred Background: Heavy Fabrication / Welding / Automotive / Engineering Manufacturing
