Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Fabric PPC with solid expertise in Fabric Process Planning, specifically for Yarn Dyed and Piece Dyed fabrics. Candidates must have experience working in a Shirting/Textile company.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily Grey Fabric Issue Plans based on delivery schedules and product mix.
Coordinate with Process House, Warehouse, SCM, Weaving, Sales, and Production teams to ensure timely delivery.
Monitor and improve OTIF performance and reduce Process House/Warehouse TAT.
Prepare Plan vs.
Actual, OTIF, order status, and delay analysis reports.
Reconcile Process House and Warehouse POs and maintain required documentation.
Coordinate pre-shipment samples and daily packing plans as per sales requirements.
Requirements
Robust experience in Fabric Process Planning / PPC.
Hands-on experience with Yarn Dyed and Piece Dyed fabrics.
Experience in a Shirting company is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of Production Planning, OTIF Reports, and Plan vs. Actual Analysis.
Excellent MS Excel skills.
Valuable communication and presentation skills.
SAP HANA knowledge is an added advantage.
