Google Ads (Search + Display)n
Meta Adsn
nStrong preference for candidates with B2B / SaaS lead generation experience (not D2C/e-commerce)
nWhat You'll Do

Plan and execute paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and Metan
Drive high-quality leads and marketing pipeline growthn
Optimize campaigns for CPL, CPA, and conversion ratesn
Run A/B tests on creatives, messaging, and landing pagesn
Track performance and share insights with marketing & sales teamsn
nWhat We're Looking For

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Adsn
Strong understanding of B2B lead generation campaignsn
Experience managing budgets and optimizing performance campaignsn
Valuable understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and analyticsn
Experience in B2B companies is a mustn
