We are looking for a Leads Executive who can manage incoming leads, communicate with prospects, understand their requirements, and convert qualified leads into customers. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sales mindset, and the ability to follow up consistently.
Key Responsibilities
Handle and respond to incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Understand prospect requirements and provide relevant information about our services/products.
Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and purchase intent.
Follow up with leads regularly and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Schedule meetings or calls with qualified prospects.
Maintain accurate lead records and update lead status regularly.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve lead conversion.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead conversion targets.
Track and report lead performance, follow-ups, and conversions.
Build solid relationships with potential customers and ensure a smooth sales experience.
Requirements
0–2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, lead generation, or business development.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confident and persuasive personality.
Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
Comfortable speaking with prospects over calls and WhatsApp.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Google Sheets, or lead management software.
Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
Freshers with excellent communication and a strong interest in sales may also apply.
