nRole Purpose
nWe are looking for a Sales Senior Executive who can generate current business prospects, build strong customer relationships, understand customer requirements, and support the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
nKey Responsibilities
n
n
Generate recent leads and business prospects.n
Identify and approach potential corporate customers.n
Arrange customer meetings and understand their requirements.n
Present NexGen's products, solutions, and services.n
Coordinate with the Pre-Sales and Technical teams for solution design and proposals.n
Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.n
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and customers.n
Handle negotiations and work towards successful order closure.n
Achieve assigned sales targets.n




Maintain and update the sales pipeline and customer database.n
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and repeat business.n
Follow up with customers for Purchase Orders (POs).n

nRequired Experience
n
n
Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B Sales, IT Sales, Technology Sales, or Solution Sales.n
Experience in selling IT solutions will be preferred.n

nQualification
n
n
Graduate / Bachelor's Degree – Mandatoryn
Engineering, Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or related qualifications are preferred.n
