Job Description – Dealer & Distributor Sales Representative

Location: Thane, Mumbai

Compensation: ₹40,000 per month (Fixed) + Attractive Performance-Based Incentives

Role Overview

The Dealer & Distributor Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and expanding our sales network by identifying and on boarding distributors, dealers, and up-to-date retail partners. The role requires extensive market visits, relationship management, and achieving sales targets across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and appoint new distributors, dealers, and modern retail partners.

· Develop and expand sales channels for the company's appliance product portfolio.

· Conduct regular visits to distributors, retailers, and key accounts across the assigned territory.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to drive sustainable business growth.





· Ensure product availability, visibility, and timely order fulfillment.

· Coordinate with distributors regarding stock availability, order placement, and sales support.

· Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

· Submit regular reports on sales activities and market developments.

· Work closely with management to implement sales and promotional initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

· 1–3 years of experience in channel sales, distributor management, or business development.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

· Self-driven and target-oriented with a proactive approach.

· Willingness to travel extensively within Mumbai and surrounding areas.

· Experience in home appliances, electrical products, or consumer durables will be preferred.

· Proficiency in basic reporting and Microsoft Excel.

· Ownership of a personal vehicle (two-wheeler or four-wheeler) will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
