HR Operations
Maintain and update employee personal and employment records.
Manage employee files, documents, and HR databases.
Monitor attendance, leave, late coming, and regularization.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly HR reports.
Support implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Recruitment Support
Coordinate with candidates for interviews and follow-ups.
Screen CVs and maintain candidate databases.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with interviewers.
Prepare recruitment status reports.
Support offer letter and joining formalities.
Employee Onboarding & Exit
Coordinate joining formalities and document collection.
Prepare onboarding checklists and employee files.
Coordinate induction programs for current employees.
Support resignation, exit interview, clearance, and relieving processes.
Payroll & Compliance Support
Collect and verify attendance and payroll inputs.
Coordinate with accounts/payroll team for salary processing.




Maintain records related to PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
Ensure required employee documents are updated.
Employee Coordination
Respond to routine employee HR queries.
Coordinate HR communications and announcements.
Support employee engagement activities and internal events.
Escalate employee concerns to the HR Manager when required.
HR Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate HR trackers and MIS reports.
Prepare recruitment, attendance, manpower, and employee status reports.
Ensure HR documents are properly maintained and confidential.
Support HR Manager in audits, reviews, and HR projects.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
