Valuable communication in Hindi and English both.
Followup and convert pending Leads.
Undertand customer queries and resolve it.
Maintain Accurate customer records and call details.
Meet weekly/monthly call-handling and performance target.
Update customer details and leads in CRM/Excel.
Excellent Sales skill.
Basic computer skill.
