As we grow, we are seeking a Project Manager who can take ownership of on-site execution, stakeholder coordination, and quality assurance. N---nKey Responsibilities NProject Planning & Coordination N* Collaborate with the Head of Projects and Senior PMs to develop detailed project schedules and execution plans N* Coordinate with architects and consultants to ensure design feasibility N* Align procurement timelines with site execution schedules N* Identify risks early and proactively implement mitigation strategies NStakeholder Coordination N* Liaise with internal teams, clients, consultants, and vendors for smooth project flow N* Facilitate timely decision-making and approvals to avoid delays NSite Supervision & Execution N* Oversee installation works: partitions, ceilings, flooring, lighting, and furniture N* Monitor contractor performance and resolve in office challenges N* Ensure proper sequencing of civil, MEP, and finishing works N* Conduct safety checks and enforce EHS compliance NQuality Control & Compliance N* Review and approve drawings, submittals,



mock-ups, and milestone completions N* Ensure material qualityand finish match client expectations N* Maintain compliance with building codes and safety regulations NReporting & Documentation N* Maintain daily/weekly/monthly progress reports N* Track material approvals, change orders, and pending actions N* Ensure handover documentation and final billing are complete NRisk & Conflict Management N* Address delays and siteconflicts proactively N* Mediate contractor and vendor disputes to maintain workflow N* Prepare contingency plans for resource or material shortages NTeam Leadership & Vendor Coordination N* Mentor site engineers and supervisors N* Evaluate vendor performance and suggest alternatives as needed N* Train teams in execution best practices for high-end commercial interiors NRequirementsn* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design (preferred) N* 5–8 years of experiencein interior project management, preferably in commercial fit-outs N* Strong understanding ofcivil, MEP, and finishing works N* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills N* Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, or equivalent tools NWhy Join Us?nAt Aldecor, we value integrity, design excellence, and execution brilliance.
