Job DescriptionJob Overview: NCodeGama is looking for adynamic and result-oriented skilled with experience in fintech, remittance, forex, or cross-border payments industry. The ideal candidate should have experience handling client relationships, onboarding partners, increasing transaction volumes, and expanding payment corridors. NKey Responsibilitiesn N Identify and onboard new merchants, partners, aggregators, and corporate clients. N Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients and partners. N Increase transaction volumes across international payment corridors. N Coordinate with compliance and operations teams for smooth onboarding and transaction processing. N Understand client requirements and provide suitable payout, collection, and FX solutions. N Conduct market researchand identify new growth opportunities. N Prepare proposals, commercial discussions, and partnership presentations. N Maintain sales pipeline, client records, and reporting updates. N Represent CodeGama during industry events, networking meets, and fintech conferences.



N Work closely with internal teams to improve client experience and operational efficiency. NnRequirementsn N 2-3 years of experiencein fintech, forex, remittance, payment gateway, or international payments industry. N Good understanding of SWIFT transfers, payouts, collections, settlement cycles, and FX. N Strong communication and relationship management skills. N Experience handling B2Bclients and strategic partnerships. N Familiarity with AML/KYC onboarding processes is preferred. N Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced fintech environment. N Existing network withinfintech or payments ecosystem is an added advantage. N Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and reporting.
