In this role, you will connect with US Citizen (USC) IT professionals, understand their career goals, and convince them to work with our staffing services. You will build long-term relationships with consultants, explain our recruitment process, and ensure they choose Genius Bridge Technologies as their preferred staffing partner. NThis opportunity is idealfor candidates who enjoy sales, communication, relationship building, and working in a target-driven environment. NKey Responsibilitiesn N Contact and engage US Citizen (USC) IT professionals through phone calls, LinkedIn, job portals, and other sourcing channels. N Explain the benefits ofpartnering with Genius Bridge Technologies LLC. N Convince qualified consultants to work exclusively or primarily with our recruitment team. N Build and maintain robust relationships with US Citizen consultants. N Understand consultants'technical skills, work experience, preferred locations, and salary expectations. N Maintain a strong pipeline of active and available consultants. N Coordinate with recruiters to match consultants with suitable client requirements. N Follow up regularly with consultants regarding interview schedules, feedback, and placement opportunities. N Negotiate employment terms and compensation expectations when required. N Maintain accurate records in the CRM/ATS system.



N Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and conversion targets. N Provide excellent customer service and maintain long-term consultant relationships. NnRequired Qualifications Nn Bachelor's degreein any discipline. N 0–2 years of experiencein US IT Staffing Sales, Candidate Sales, Recruitment, Bench Sales, or US Staffing. N Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills. N Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. N Comfortable making outbound calls to US-based professionals. N Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to work in the US Night Shift. N Good organizational andtime management skills. NnPreferred Skills Nn Experience interacting with US Citizen (USC) consultants. N Knowledge of the US IT Staffing industry. N Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and Indeed. N Basic understanding of US employment models such as W2, C2C, and 1099. N Ability to build trust and close consultant partnerships. N Strong objection-handling and sales skills.
