NThe OpportunitynJoin Times Experiences to drive revenue growth through sponsorship sales, IP monetisation, and strategic brand partnerships. You will work closely with clients, agencies, internal creative teams, and business stakeholders to identify marketing opportunities and craft innovative experiential marketing solutions. This role offers the opportunity to influence how leading brands engage with audiences through events, intellectual properties, and integrated media solutions while contributing directly to business growth and client success. NWhat You Will Don N Drive sponsorship and revenue generation across Times Experiences properties, events, and brand-led initiatives. N Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with corporate clients and advertising agencies. N Build strong relationships with key decision makers to create long-term partnership opportunities. N Understand client business objectives and develop customised experiential marketing solutions. N Collaborate with creative, content,



and execution teams to create compelling brand integration opportunities. N Lead client presentations, proposals, negotiations, and commercial discussions. N Monitor market trends, industry developments, and consumer behaviour to identify growth opportunities. N Deliver revenue targetswhile ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business. NnWhat You BringnMust Have Nn 3-9 years of experience in event sales, media sales, sponsorship sales, experiential marketing, or IP monetisation. N Proven track record of achieving revenue and business development targets. N Strong understanding ofbrand partnerships, client servicing, and integrated marketing solutions. N Excellent presentation,negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. N Ability to develop strategic sales approaches and convert opportunities into business. N Strong market awarenessand understanding of consumer and brand trends. NnPreferredn N Experience working withmedia, events, entertainment, advertising, or experiential marketing organisations. N Exposure to intellectual property (IP) creation, curation, or monetisation initiatives. N Existing relationships with marketing heads, brand managers, and agency stakeholders. NnEducationnBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field. MBA preferred. Equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.
