NKey Responsibilitiesn1. Teaching & Curriculum Delivery N· Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities. N· Implement curriculum asper academic guidelines. N· Prepare teaching materials and aids in advance. N2. Child Care & Safety N· Ensure constant supervision of children. N· Maintain a safe and secure classroom environment. N· Handle children with care, patience, and sensitivity. N3.



Classroom Management N· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom. N· Ensure proper arrangement of learning materials and displays. N· Promote discipline and positive behavior among children. N4. Parent Communication N· Share regular updates with parents regarding child progress. N· Participate in parent meetings and discussions. N· Address parent queries in a polite and professional manner. N5. Documentation & Records N· Maintain attendance andstudent records accurately. N· Keep track of child development and progress. N6.
