Job DescriptionJob Title: Assistant Manager, Compliance NLocation: Gurugram NExperience: 4 -8 Years NEmployment Type: Full-time NAbout the RolenWeare looking for an Assistant Manager, Compliance who can independently manage accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in GST, TDS, Income Tax, financial reporting, and finalization of accounts while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. NKey Responsibilitiesn N Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.). N Handle TDS computation,payment, reconciliation, and return filing. N Prepare and file IncomeTax Returns (ITR) for companies, LLPs, firms, and individuals. N Prepare financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Cash Flow Statement, and supporting schedules. N Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate accounting entries. N Perform bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and account reconciliations. N Manage month-end and year-end closing activities. N Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.



N Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities during audits and assessments. N Prepare MIS reports, financial reports, and management reports. N Keep updated with changes in taxation and accounting regulations. NnRequired Skills Nn Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and accounting principles. N Experience in preparation and finalization of financial statements. N Hands-on experience with Tally Prime, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software. N Good working knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and financial reporting. N Solid analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. N Ability to manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines. NnQualificationsn N B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter,or an equivalent qualification. N 4- 10 years of relevantexperience in Accounting, Taxation, and Finance. N Experience in a CA firm, consulting firm, or compliance-based organization will be preferred. N
